What factors affect the pricing of TV Aerial & Satellite Dish work?
A number of different factors can affect the price of TV aerial and satellite work, which is why we only work with engineers who carry out a full on-site survey before providing a quotation.
These can include:
  • Height of the job and accessibility (e.g. roof/loft etc).
  • Cables, including length and condition of existing cables.
  • Signal strength (e.g. poor reception areas require a higher quality aerial).
  • Number of TV points, as splitters or an amplifier may be required.
  • Replacement or new installation (e.g. if existing fittings are in good condition, they may be reused).
  • Labour time, which will vary based on all of the above.
  • Your location, as prices will vary depending on where you live (e.g. typically more in the South of England than the North, or Wales and Scotland).
